Dermapen® (microneedle treatment)

Dermapen® the world first microneedle pen. With the help of dermapen treatment we can solve many problems in the skin, the following types of problems can be corrected and a better quality life is offered. When we want to tighten the pores, for example, we use it to dry acne in the skin, clean the pores and the social life is almost not affected by a skin restructuring. Small micro cannulas enter the skin at a rate that the person cannot perceive the pain and creates micro channels. The microchannels are filled with new cells and small cell are formed in the skin. In the meantime, the pores are filled and the acne on the skin is forced to dry quickly. A redness lasting for a few hours and after one day you cannot see anything on the face. Afterwards, a mild chemical peeling can be added to the patients with more intense pores and even more effective tightening can be achieved. It is often applied every two weeks 1 session, up to 6 sessions.

Surgical Scars

A surgical is a type of injury to flesh caused by surgery, usually an incision that requires the modification of all layers. Because a surgeon cannot control all the factors that determine the appearance of a scar, treatment after the surgical area has properly healed is sometimes necessary.

The treatment

The surgical scar includes all traces of pigmentation defects along with hypertrophic and keloid scars. These scars thicken over time. The unique vertical needling and depth control up to 2.5 mm, Dermapen provides superior treatment than other methods and dermarols.  With 11 needles, it completely penetrates the scar tissue and increases the appearance, flexibility, size and mobility of the wound.

How many Dermapen sessions are necessary?

In the treatment of scar tissue, multiple treatments may be required and the results and treatments may vary depending on the severity and type of scar tissue.

Acne Scars

Acne scars are areas of fibrous tissue (fibrosis) that replace normal skin after injury. A scar results from the biological process of wound repair in the skin and other tissues of the body. With the exception of very minor lesions, every wound (after accident, disease, surgery) results in some degree of scarring. Scar tissue is the same protein (collagen) as the tissue that it replaces, but the fiber composition of the protein is different. Instead of formation of fibers, the collagen in scar tissue is aligned in a single direction resulting in a pronounced and thicker appearance. Acne treatment is a long-term application and may cause scars. Hormone disorder, allergies, environmental factors and nutritional deficiencies are among the many causes of acne. Excessive oily skin and dead skin cells can cause an inflammatory response reaction of acne scars. The deformation of the skin collagen and the healing of thickening cause scar tissue.

Acne scars and the treatments?

Dermapen can provide long-term results in the treatment of traces. Dermapen stimulates collagenesis with new collagen and elastin stimulation, and can increase blood flow to the region that allows for the formation of new capillaries. Increasing blood flow is healthy basis for the new skin. With needle irregular scar tissue breaks and new tissue growth is stimulated. Dermapen accelerates the healing process and does not impair the integrity of the epidermis when treating the area with less pain.

How many Dermapen sessions are necessary?

You should consult a professional in terms of medical treatment. Each patient is different and conditions may be variable between 5-6 sessions.

Dermapen Anti-aging

Wrinkles often appear as a result of the aging process, as a result of the thinning epidermal layers of a skin that has lost the ability to retain moisture. Wrinkles on the skin occur with aging, recurrent facial expressions, sun damage, smoking, bad hydration and various other factors. Decreasing of the total amount of water in the body results in dehydration, which can result in skin shrinking. Over time the dermal layer of the skin is thinned and less collagen is produced over time. Under the dermal layer of the skin there is a subcutaneous layer of fat cells to support the upper layers of the skin.

Dermapen® does it work as anti-aging?

Dermapen is a therapeutic protocol for the deterioration of skin formation over the years. Dermapen Collagen induction therapy (CIT) supports the process of protecting the integrity of the skin. Dermapen provides vertical micro needling with 90-degree angle. Collagen stimulation can be done quickly and easily with minimum damage of the epidermis by 11 needles with 33-gauge thickness.

Dermapen® How many sessions are needed?

Different skin conditions may require different treatment protocols 2 to 6 Dermapen sessions according to skin conditions. The 6-month repeated Dermapen sessions can help us achieve more lasting results in wrinkle treatment. Burn is a type of injury caused by heat, electricity, chemicals, light, radiation or friction. Most burns are affected by the skin (epidermal tissue and dermis). Pain is common in burns and may cause scarring healing. Systemic follow up is very important in burn injuries. Scar contracture in burns means skin scar after second or third degree burns. When the skin burns, a contracture may occur in the surrounding tissue and begins to attract the surrounding tissues.

How is the treatment?

A burn scar includes all forms of hypertrophic and keloid scars and pigmentation defects. These scars become thicker over time. Dermapen provides superior treatment of burn marks with up to 2.5 mm with the unique vertical needling is dermapen compared to other methods more controlling the depth. With automatic needling (1 needle is 33 gauge size), treatment is significantly improved in appearance, tissue flexibility, size and mobility.

Treatment Burn Scars

More than one treatment protocol may be required in the treatment of burn scars and different protocols can be combined to see the desired results.
